Board of Directors
Bruce & Betty Ann Tripke
“Both Betty Anne and I are convinced Judgement House is one of the best methods of communicating the Gospel that there is today. We are privileged to be a small part of helping this amazing tool spread the Gospel of Jesus in the U.S. and even beyond.”
Candice Olmstead
“Judgment House is an amazing ministry that offers us an opportunity as a family to serve others, share the Gospel, pray for, plan for, and execute our true purpose as believers in Jesus Christ. We love JH so much it just makes sense to take it one step further and serve on the Board. I am honored to do so, honored to serve along side my brothers and sisters that love this ministry as much as I do; but most of all, I’m honored and humbled to faithfully serve our Heavenly Father.”
Jim Hawkins
“Our family was first introduced to JH in the late 90s when we attended a live presentation. From that event, our two sons both made professions of faith and went on to be baptized. We have had the opportunity to see many others receive salvation and experience the life changing power of the Gospel as our family has participated in multiple presentations over the years.”
Jim Liberto
“I want to use my talents to help with this unique evangelistic tool. My talents are with my hands and helping with the construction aspect of JH. Being on the board I am able to keep abreast of the things that need to be built. I also want to be a part of something that has an impact on the future of individuals’ eternal lives. Instead of beating someone over the head with a bible, this drama portrays the Gospel message with a visual theme that can lead to salvation.”
John Synal
“As a board member with 45 years in the business world, I believe I could assist working with our team along with new church partners on the business side of the ministry. Along with my spiritual gift of encouragement, I would hope to continue encouraging Tom and the leaders of JH and our partners.”
Randy & Melanie Davis
“We have been serving with Judgement House for almost 30 years. Randy has served on the security, parking teams, and occasionally as an actor. Melanie has always served on the food service team, preparing snacks and meals for the cast and crew. Most recently we both served as counselors praying with people who had just received Christ as their Savior.
In addition to the joy of seeing individuals, and families coming to Jesus, is watching the unity of the church as people of all ages work together to make the presentation a success using their various skills and interests. Additionally, is the heartfelt fullness of seeing new converts find their way to churches for worship, discipleship and to find a place to serve their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
We were honored to be invited to join the Judgement House Board of Directors.”

Scott & Victoria Stiner
Victoria: “Participating in Judgement House the first time was a very powerful experience. I was able to witness the impact it had on the lives of many who made decisions to accept Christ or rededicate their lives to the Lord. We are living in challenging times and it is a blessing to partner with Tom and Karen Hudgins to share the ministry of Judgement House with people throughout the world.”
Scott: “When Tom asked my wife and I to be on the board of directors we were very honored to be a part of this wonderful mission project. The Judgement House presentation is truly a tool that any church, whether large or small, can use to reach the lost and bring them to salvation.”
Tom Hudgins
“True ministry cannot be done by one individual. That is why I am so excited to be surrounded with such a phenomenal group of men and women who love Jesus with all of their heart, soul, mind and strength. They are passionate about sharing the incredible good news of Jesus to this generation. These members of the board are like family and speak truth and wisdom into my life. Thank you team for believing with me and helping to encourage, empower and equip churches to reach those who do not know our Savior.”
Our Team
-
Tom & Karen Hudgins
FOUNDER
We never dreamed that God would birth in our hearts such an innovative and creative ministry tool that has impacted churches all across America and the world.
Karen and I were married in 1983, and as youth pastors our hearts for evangelism and sharing the gospel intersected with God’s incredible idea of this walk-thru drama.
Forty years later, we are still convinced that JUDGEMENT HOUSE is one the the BEST evangelistic tools to ignite a fire in your church toward revival, prayer, and reaching your community. And it’s fun!

Faith Allen
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
I participated in my first Judgement House drama in October of 1999. Ever since that first eye opening event my husband, Grant, and I have volunteered for many Judgement House presentations.
In 2019, I joined the Judgement House national staff.
I LOVE walking alongside a new church as they become a Covenant Partner, do their first presentation, and then send us their FABULOUS Victory Reports. What an honor and a joy to serve our Lord Jesus Christ through this unique tool.
National Leaders
Judgement House, by the grace of God, has expanded across our country and beyond our boarders. It is the faithful men and women who volunteer their time to lead, train, and prepare our partners that make Judgement House what it is today.
Our national leaders in each region are the first line of support and encouragement for our ministry and church partnerships. Thank you to each one of you for the time and commitment you have given for this service.
