Returns

Every purchase from Judgement House is absolutely guaranteed. We will accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of original shipping date. We will not accept returns of washed or worn merchandise.

You may ship your items to our home office listed below using the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, UPS or other U.S. authorized mail carriers. It is necessary to pack your item(s) in a secure carton. If you choose to use this method, you will assume responsibility for all shipping costs with the exception of wrong or damaged items. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we recommend insuring your package. Remember to save your packing slip. It will be used as your receipt.

Mail your items to the address below. Upon receipt, we will process your return as you instruct and you will be issued a check or credit to your credit card in the amount of the merchandise being returned.

Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange:

Call our home office at 727-797-8180. We can send in-stock items right away if you wish to place an additional order. You will be responsible for shipping the item to be exchanged back to our home office and will also be responsible for any shipping fees as a result. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we recommend insuring your package. Once we receive your return in our home office we will process your exchange and issue a check or credit to your credit card if the original item is of greater vale than the exchange item. Your new order will then be shipped to you from our home office.
